Overview

HK-0122 Roll Stability Apparatus for Lubricating Grease conforms to ASTM D1831 Standard Test Method for Roll Stability of Lubricating Grease.The roll stability test is widely used in specifications.Test results are significant in so far as they can show a directional change in consistency that could occur in service.No accurate correlation is established between the test results and shear stability in actual service.

Features

1. The tester consists of a running system and a temperature control system.
2. The running system is driven by a gear reduction motor to drive the chain to make the drum rotate.
3. The temperature control system consists of a digital display temperature control meter, a heater, a sensor, and a thermal insulation box.The motor drives the blades to stir the air in the box,make sure the temperature inside the box is even.
