Overview

The HK-0689 Oil Total Sulfur Content Tester (Ultraviolet Fluorescence Method) complies with the requirements of the SH/T 0689 and ASTM D5453 test methods. It adopts the internationally advanced total sulfur analysis method (ultraviolet fluorescence method) and is an analytical instrument for determining sulfur content in various gaseous, liquid, and solid oil products as well as chemical products. It is suitable for sulfur content detection in various oil products (such as diesel oil, gasoline, kerosene, lubricating oil, fuel oil, paraffin oil, solvent oil, crude oil, etc.), natural gas, and liquefied gas in refineries, oil depots, import and export commodity inspection institutions, environmental protection departments, scientific research institutions, and other enterprises. It is also applicable for total sulfur content detection in chemical products of large, medium, and small chemical enterprises.

Functional Features

  1. The instrument adopts the internationally popular USB port for communication, with standard 24-bit data acquisition, and the minimum detectable signal is less than 1 microvolt.
  2. Data can be stored, retrieved, and printed freely, and relevant problems encountered can be solved based on on-site data files.
  3. The main components of the instrument use original imported parts; the overall performance is superior to similar domestic instruments and can replace imported products.
  4. The high voltage of the Photomultiplier Tube (PMT) can be adjusted arbitrarily; the standard sample curve calibration can use single-point or multi-point calibration, with simple operation.
