Overview

The HK-269G Grease Shear Testing Machine meets the requirements of test methods such as GB/T 269, ASTM D217, and ISO 2137. It is suitable for automatically shearing samples when determining the working cone penetration or extended working cone penetration of greases and petroleum greases.

Functional Features

1. The spindle motor adopts a single-phase squirrel – cage motor, ensuring stable operation.
2. The reducer uses a box – type gear structure, which is reliable in operation.
3. The instrument electrode and the reducer are directly connected, resulting in low vibration and low noise.
4. Digital display counting is adopted, which is convenient for observation.
5. The instrument can conduct experiments on two samples simultaneously, and automatically complete counting, fixed – number setting, and stopping.
