HK-3410 Asphalt Ductility Tester

Overview

The HK-3410 Asphalt Ductility Tester meets the requirements of Test Method T0605 in JTG 3410. It is suitable for determining the ductility of materials such as road petroleum asphalt, polymer-modified asphalt, distillation residues of liquid petroleum asphalt, and evaporation residues of emulsified asphalt.

Functional Features

1. Adopts external ball screw and linear guide positioning, ensuring stable stretching, high precision, and convenient observation.
2. The stretching operation system uses electronic frequency conversion, featuring dual-speed displacement, high-speed return, low noise, and no operational inertia.
3. The temperature control part adopts imported sensors and processing chips, ensuring accurate and reliable temperature collection.
4. PID technology enables more precise temperature control.
5. The control part is processed by a microcomputer, capable of storing 200 sets of data, displaying moving speed and precision temperature control, with a user-friendly operation interface.
