Overview
The HK – 382A Automatic Smoke Point Tester meets the requirements of the test methods specified in GB/T 382 and ASTM D1322. It is suitable for determining the smoke point of kerosene and jet fuel.
Functional Features
- Provides a Chinese operating language system.
- The smoke point tester can observe the flame and automatically adjust the flame size, with a testing time of less than 10 minutes.
- Test results can display the smoke point (0.1mm division), sample type, sample number, date and time, atmospheric pressure, operator, test method, calibration information, etc., and can store no less than 50,000 test results.
- Uses a corrosion – resistant, graphical color touch – screen operation display.
- Built – in atmospheric pressure sensor, which can automatically monitor the atmospheric pressure in real time. When the atmospheric pressure exceeds ± 0.7kPa, the instrument automatically corrects the calibration coefficient f without re – calibrating the instrument with 7 kinds of standard fuel mixtures.
- The software can automatically judge whether a single test result is out of tolerance, and there are relevant prompts on the test result display interface.
- The smoke point tester is equipped with a humidity sensor.
- The instrument has a quality control sample test method that can be self – edited, and can automatically determine whether the instrument status is good.
- Can realize the automatic fire extinguishing function to ensure safe and reliable testing.
