Overview
The HK-507A Insulating Oil Breakdown Voltage Tester complies with the requirements of the GB/T 507, DL 429.9, and DL/T 846.7 test methods. It is suitable for determining the dielectric strength of insulating oil filled in electrical equipment in power systems, railway systems, and large-scale petrochemical plants and mines.
Functional Features
- The tester adopts a microprocessor to automatically complete operations such as voltage boosting, holding, stirring, standing, calculation, and printing. It can perform oil circulation withstand voltage tests within the range of 0~80kV.
- Equipped with a large LCD screen and Chinese menu prompts.
- The tester is easy to operate; operators only need to make simple settings to complete the test and obtain results.
- Supports power-off data retention, can store 100 test results, and can display the current ambient temperature and humidity.
- Uses a single-chip microcomputer to control uniform voltage boosting, with the voltage frequency accurate to 50Hz, making the entire process easy to control.
- Equipped with overvoltage, overcurrent, and limit protection to ensure the safety of operators.
- Has temperature measurement and display functions, as well as system clock display.
- Standard RS232 interface for communication with computers.
