Overview

The HK-508 Petroleum Product Ash Tester complies with the requirements of the GB/T 508, ISO 6245, and ASTM D482 test methods. It is suitable for determining the ash content of petroleum products.

Functional Features

1. The furnace has a sealed structure; the furnace mouth brick and furnace door brick are made of lightweight refractory materials, which are high-temperature resistant.
2. Refractory fibers and expanded perlite products are used as the thermal insulation layer between the furnace interior and the furnace shell, so only a small amount of heat is transferred to the outer shell.
3. The furnace adopts a snap-on structure; opening or closing the furnace door only requires one action, which meets the requirement of quick access specified in the standard.
