HK-5208 Automatic Flash Point Tester (Rapid Equilibrium Closed Cup Method)

Overview

The HK – 5208 Automatic Flash Point Tester (Rapid Equilibrium Closed Cup Method) meets the requirements of the test methods specified in GB/T 5208 and ISO 3679. It is suitable for determining the closed – cup flash point of paints (including water – based paints), varnishes, paint bases, adhesives, solvents, petroleum and related products within the temperature range of – 30°C to 300°C. It is also applicable for determining the flash point of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME).

1. Automatically realizes functions such as programmed temperature rise, ignition, and testing in flash point experiments.
2. Touch screen control, high – precision thermocouple sensor, and automatic end – point judgment.
3. Stable gas source for ignition and high – precision needle valve.
4. The instrument can store, upload, print and other operations for data results.
5. Equipped with RS – 232, network port, and USB communication interfaces, and can be connected to the laboratory LIMS system.
