HK-7304 Acid Value Tester

Overview

The HK-7304 Acid Value Tester meets the precision requirements of relevant potentiometric titration standards such as GB/T 7304, GB/T 264, and ASTM D664. It consists of four components: hardware circuit, titration device (imported Swiss Metrohm exchange unit), stirrer, and PC. It is an ideal intelligent analytical instrument essential for laboratories, analysis rooms, research institutions, and teaching departments.
The instrument collects electrode potential values (reference electrode and measuring electrode) via computer to determine the volume of standard solution titrated at the endpoint (maximum potential jump point or constant potential). This allows calculation of ion content in the sample solution, and the concentration of the measured substance is derived using chemical reaction equations. The instrument is mainly used for acid-base titration, redox titration, precipitation titration, complexometric titration, and coordination titration. It can smooth titration curves and correct endpoint positions, effectively ensuring result accuracy.
