
Overview
HK-7305A Automatic Water Separability Tester conforms to ASTM D1401 Standard Test Method for Water Separability of Petroleum Oils and Synthetic Fluids. This test method provides a guide for determining the water separation characteristics of oils subject to water contamination and turbulence. It is used for specification of new oils and monitoring of in-service oils.
Features
1. Touch screen operation, the instrument automatically reminds the test steps and completes the timing
2. The instrument automatically controls the motor to rotate for 5min, and it will stop automatically when the time comes
3. Every 5min, the instrument automatically reminds the user to observe the volume of oil, water and emulsion layer separated in the graduated cylinder and record it in the touch screen
4. The instrument can carry out 3 groups of tests, and store the test data of the corresponding channel, and connect to the LIMS system
5. The instrument integrates the appearance terms of each layer, and the user can directly select the record
