Overview

The HK-8026A automatic petroleum wax drop melting point tester complies with the requirements of Method B in the GB/T 8026 experimental method. It is suitable for the determination of drop melting points in the production process of petroleum wax and petroleum grease, but not for the determination of drop melting points of synthetic wax, animal wax, and blended wax of plant wax and petroleum wax.

Functional features

1 The double-hole design can automatically detect the melting point of the sample, capture the process of paraffin dripping, and obtain the experimental results in a timely manner. The instrument is equipped with an automatic storage function and can store tens of thousands of sets of analysis data

2 The 10-inch high-definition touch screen enables real-time operation of the experimental process and displays the temperature curve in real time

3 The instrument is automatically controlled and can continuously heat up at a rate of 1℃/ min within the range of 32℃ to 150℃, with a heating rate control accuracy of 0.1℃. When the first drop of sample triggers the detector, the test result is automatically recorded, accurate to 0.1℃

4 The experimental process does not require any additional operation by the analysts. The entire experimental process is fully automatic, with all work completed independently by the instrument and the experimental results displayed automatically
