HK-A80 Comprehensive logging gas chromatograph

Overview

The HK-A80 comprehensive logging gas chromatograph complies with the calibration method for comprehensive logging instruments. Part 2: Logging Gas Chromatograph SY/T 6679.2-2009 standard. The main components of the instrument are all made of mature chromatographic accessories imported from abroad. This instrument was tested and completed at the Logging Company of Great Wall Drilling of China National Petroleum Corporation and the “Red 33 Well” of Liaohe Oilfield.

Functional features

1 Adopting the patented technology of central cutting and reverse blowing, the analysis is fast and stable

2 A dedicated chromatographic column combination is adopted. The sample is kept at 120℃, and the process ends at C1-C5 for 30 seconds and C1-C8 for 120 seconds. There is no residue and the sensitivity is high

3 The instrument is equipped with self-checking function upon startup, gas cut-off protection function, automatic restart function after power failure and alarm function, ensuring the safety and stability of the system

4 The FID detector features an automatic ignition function and wide-range output, with a linear range of 10

5 The cutting gas, air and hydrogen are controlled by automatic electronic control technology (EPC), with high precision (0.01psi), good repeatability and reproducibility
