Recently, our newly developed petroleum distillation tester has officially been supplied to Sinopec, marking an important breakthrough in our cooperation with leading enterprises in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.
This product is specially designed for the determination of distillation ranges of gasoline, diesel, and aviation fuels, fully complying with ASTM D7345 standard and the national standard test method NB/SH/T 6071 “Determination of Atmospheric Distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products – Micro Distillation Method”.
With advanced technology and user-friendly design, the new distillation tester boasts a series of outstanding features that enhance test efficiency and accuracy:
- Equipped with a 7.0-inch color touch screen with 800×480 resolution, matching a full Chinese-language operating system that enables one-key operation, making the operation simple and efficient.
- High test efficiency: Only 10ml of sample and 15 minutes are required to complete a full distillation test, greatly saving time and sample consumption.
- Built-in pressure sensor and automatic correction program, with temperature and air pressure compensation functions, ensuring that the test results are consistent with GB/T 6536 and ASTM D86 standards and have excellent repeatability and reproducibility.
- Powerful data management and transmission capabilities: It can automatically display, store, query and output test results, with a minimum storage capacity of 1000 test data. Equipped with multiple communication interfaces such as RS-232, network port, USB and parallel port, it can be connected to the LIMS system to realize seamless transmission of test data.
- Compact size, real physical distillation, and built-in multiple alarm and safety measures to ensure safe and stable operation.
